    Casale sul Lago is a two-story, completely renovated building, owned by the Municipality of Barrea and managed by the “Vallis Regia” community cooperative.

    The ground floor consists of three areas:

    • the first, a reception area, provides access to the upper floor;

    • the second is multifunctional, both for activities and as a dining room, and features two bathrooms;

    • the third is a service area with a kitchen. The upper floor consists of five rooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and two with shared bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom.

    The rooms have bunk beds for a total of 24 beds: one room sleeps 8, two rooms sleep 6, and two rooms sleep 2. Outside the farmhouse, there is a large private area for outdoor activities and access to the lake for water sports. A parking area is available near the farmhouse.
